I noticed that there were a few scratches after our front door had been painted so i called mattamy to come touch it up. They did and not it is fine. I don't think we had the same problem of the paint easily coming off though, but i will look at it when i go home. |

i got the guy painting to pour a bunch of the paint into a container for me. we wanted him to paint the trim around the window on our front door, but he said he was not allowed, i have enough for touch up's as well. also they are all around bennett and barr area painting. perhaps you could just find one of them and ask them to fix it up. |

You should have received a New Home Owner package from your builders representative at the completion of your PDI. In this package should be details outlining what you should do if there is a problem with the house. Typically you would type up a letter including your name, address, warranty number, and a detailed description of the issue you have. This would then either be faxed or mailed off to Tarion AND your builder. Tarion is also supposed to contact your builder and keep the complaint on file until resolution. |
