You should have received a New Home Owner package from your builders representative at the completion of your PDI.
In this package should be details outlining what you should do if there is a problem with the house.
Typically you would type up a letter including your name, address, warranty number, and a detailed description of the issue you have.
This would then either be faxed or mailed off to Tarion AND your builder.
Tarion is also supposed to contact your builder and keep the complaint on file until resolution.
