I think it's been there a bit longer than a week ....... I was shocked to still see it there last night on my way to Excellence Night at MD ......

It's starting to swell up it's been there so long.

Quite like that racoon that was on Britannia by Terra .... I posted on here to get someone to go get it ...... bloody thing was there so long it tripled in size ...... Colin responded and I can't remember what he said - :?

Just leave it.

A few weeks ago, there was roadkill near Thompson/Clark Blvd in OG Hawthorne Village. It was fresh kill in the morning, but by mid-afternoon, there was nothing left of the carcass, just a flattened, semi-dried pulpish mess with tire marks about a foot ahead. I think some drivers kept driving over it and taking pieces of flesh with them, lolol.

Yes, just leave it. All the stray cats will take care of it.

I had a dead one right outside my window last weekend on Clark which stunk up my entire house. I called the city and they transferred me to engineering and they picked it up within 2 hours.

It takes an engineer to pick up skunks now? LOL

We need to go to school, finish up a degree of four years, and then City gets us to pick up skunks? Awesome!!

Reminds me of the time a few years ago that they were working on Derry between Trudeau and Miller/Armstrong. Construction crew had a dead skunk near them for 2 weeks before they finally made their own sign "Mayor Kranz, dead skunk, 2 weeks" on a sheet of plywood. By the evening coming home, both the sign and skunk were gone.

Couldn't imagine working for 2 weeks with that stench.

Construction crews in Milton only work one day per two weeks, so they probably didn't really smell it all that much and got upset when they returned to work and it was still there.

Speaking of no work, have you seen the 2 guys working at Tonelli arena? Delayed once again. Same 2 guys there working. Lost rental revenue for the town and an ice shortage now.

Yeah, seriously. We could use that ice now that MSC has been taken over by the minor hockey leagues. Krantz should drop a dead skunk off in the parking lot for incentive to finish.
