I don't have an e-mail address, but I once sent a letter to Peter Gilgan, owner of Mattamy and the issue was dealt with. I just sent it to the Milton location and it was passed on apparently.

You may want to consider going through the appropriate VP first. That is what we were advised and were frequently in touch with him about our issues, which he personally dealt with.
