Title pretty much says it all.
Weve narrowed it down and we are going to do the shutters we love. Price is still much steeper then we could care for, but we know it's what we want, so we are trying to figure ways to make it more affordable for us.

We keep being asked if we want a frame or no frame. Is there a huge difference, do we really need a frame?
