I called the Brick just to ensure I got the BLACK version of the standard set (because I was told there is a white one too). If you don't call, my design rep told me it's possible you could get either color, so it's good to confirm for your lot number if you do have a preference.

FYI - I went into the Brick on Dundas that's close to the Design Centre on Saturday. I took my certificate in and spoke to Marina (commercial sales rep). Apparently, we don't have to deal with Borge or what ever his name is at his store. Since so many people are from Halton they are set up to deal as well. She took my certificate there and said that approx. 3 months before my moving date we will confirm the appliances I want; colour, any upgrades, etc. She said it could probably all be done by e-mail if we did not want to go back in.

whick store location is Borge at? is it best to deal with him even if you don't get the appliance option included (i.e. detached homes)? does he give you a discount just because you are building with mattamy?
