I haven't heard this yet, but it might make some sense, as the Cambridge site is now sold out...so if they have the space in the "barn" Then that might be true.... My sister bought a house in Cambridge closing in January, so far I haven't seen any advantages/disadvantages of that method, other than it is climate controlled for the trades, etc. Jessica |

I thought the pre-fab homes in Cambridge were for that area only. My brother-in-law that lives there was quite taken with them and said he would definately look at them when they move again. There are only so many styles to chose from and you can not make many changes because they are pre-fab. However I guess that would result in less chance for error or sloppy work. |

i assume from the application of "standardized" structural upgrades in phase 14b foreward, that they aren't pre-fabing before then... |
