when you want them to turn it on, Sam, they will come out again to do it, and someone has to be home, so they can relight all of the pilot lights and ensure all is ok with the reconnection.

I've read in a couple of articles to turn off your pilot lights to items like furnace & gas fireplaces when not in use. Tim |
