Have you received any of the Canflix DVDs since you moved in?

Canfix says they ship by mail.. which means they should technically end up in your common mailbox right? Or if they don't fit in there, they put it in one of the bigger ones and leave you a key in your mailbox.

Or do they get dropped off at your doorstep?

Gee I thought I was the only one getting the mail mixed up because of the same number. Once or twice is fine, but it was happening once a week. I called the post office to complain and it seemed OK for a few weeks. Then it started up again. Lately, it has been OK. But I sometimes wonder if I'm missing mail.

And by the way, don't think it isn't your fault because it didn't get delivered. I had my first tax bill arrive late because it was delivered incorrectly (it was dropped off at my house). I was charged interest due to it being late but the Town didn't care when I called to explain the post office didn't deliver it properly.

same thing is happening with us....and I have made a few complaints to Canada Post...but they want you to call EVERY time it happens and document it, and I just don't have time for that. Otherwise they call it a "one-off" and don't do anything about it.
It is the same problem with our mail....same house#, but a street around the corner.

Some nice couple came by our house the other evening to drop off some misplaced mail from their mail slot. It was nice that they went out of their way to do so.
My guess is the person who is receiving the DVDs, simply isn't bothering to return them. Some people won't go out of their way. It's too bad to, because I appreciate it, and obviouly so would everyone else.
(Unless it's bills, they can keep them.)
