that's actually quite cool...I've never heard of that...I've heard of the toilet and digital thermostat rebates, but nothing like this....where exactly did you find those coupons?? I haven't come across them....
Also...just an idea...they have dimmers at IKEA that plug into the wall and your regular lamp.....and you don't need dimmer bulbs, they work with a regular lightbulb....they were quite inexpensive too....and a great and convenient way to have a dimmer on lamps, etc.
