This is coming to the South East corner of Farmstead and Derry... Steps from the Hospital.

Haven't seen anyone talk about it, it's structure, what it offers and how it operates.

Location wise, nothing beats being that close to a Hospital for a senior (not that I am).

In my opinion, looks a prestigious place for the old ones, you keep them close to you in Milton without having to throw them/offend them in a nursing home if they are still capable.

Also, how do you see it impacting real estate in the area....

I'm going to tell you about the retirement home that my father lives (he is 90): his building is not by a hospital. he got dining room. meeting rooms. a big garden for people to sit when the weather is nice and a lot more. every evening they meet..to see a movie..guest speakers. dance and etc. it's 6 floors high. got Doctors and nurses within..this building is sitting on top of a shopping centre. when my dad need something, he take the elevator down..there is a bank, medical center, big grocery store. clothing store. dollar store. homehardware store. coffee shops and more..in front of the buildings you got a bus station, taxi station..and restaurants.
When the weather is bad..he does not need to go out..he got everything he need in that building.

He does not have marble floors..fancy window and fancy trees.
He does not need a car to take him to a store, Dr. banks, he got everything he need within his reach,
Now, that's a retirement home.
