Good God, that was long and loquacious! I didn't even bother reading, but agree Fred is a good guy. He's gonna hate me for saying this yet again, but I am still indebted to him for giving me a free high-quality computer mouse which I'm using to click submit for this message.

Wow... It was an absolute pleasure! You are another shining example of why it is worth my while helping people with their real estate transactions. Your success is my success - it's all about positive experiences for my neighbours, and a review like this is worth it's weight in GOLD, since this industry is all about trust. Seriously, thanks for that literary masterpiece!  People have a hard time understanding why I help others, even when there might not be anything in it for me that particular time... This is exactly why.

Hes a great guy and if you ever need storage for election lawn signs I think he has some room in his garage

Lol neiuwy, you fishin for another +1??? Hehe Clarifcation..... temporary sign storage is only available for councillors in my Ward. Ok and one Ward over too. Ok and Zeeshan too, but that's it!! Storage fees are one pint per month, but you get the first month free! Seriously, thanks everyone! |

I have to add to this too. I talk ALOT and I hated my last agent because she tried to out talk me. I like working with Fred because he is genuine and he sticks to that old adage that unfortunately is dying away- Customer Service is the best way to grow your business. Whenever I get off the phone or receive and email from him my husband says," I know, you really like Fred!" This is because no question is ever too small and I always feel as though he is willing to go the extra mile. That being said, I have a condo to sell soon, so please don't get so busy Fred that you can't sell it. It would personally be really good for my ego to have a bidding war, all my HGTV watching would not have been in vain,lol. |

We are currently selling our home privately and I've spoken to numerous agents... most are very nice and offer their "advice", but ultimately, they just want you to list with them and the ulterior motive is so blatantly clear that it makes us cringe. I've spoken with Fred and he was very nice, personable, super helpful and had ZERO ulterior motives. Thanks Fred! And I'm sure I'll be contacting you in the near future for some more advice! |

Hi Everyone: Anyone looking at buying or selling should use Fred D! We did and he was awesome. Below is Why
We would like to thank you very much for finding the perfect home in our desired area in Milton for us and selling our townhouse at a great price and over asking within two days. You were very patient with us, during the search of our "this is it" house and property! I'm sure you often wondered what you got your-self into! I never ever had the feeling that you were giving up on us. Since this was our first time at selling a home the task was very stressful and overwhelming for us at times but with your knowledge and patience, you kept us focused and most importantly, sane. You were always available by phone or email and returned our calls or emails promptly. Thank you again for all your help with our purchase and sell. I would highly recommend you to any friends and family looking for, or selling real estate. You were a pleasure to work with. |
