If you ask a real estate agent, they can put you on a "hotlist" that will email you the new listings everyday in a certain price range in a certain area. There is no hard sell or pressure, you are just added to an email list by mls. You can be removed at any time.

Other than that, you can search www.mls.com on your own, do an advanced search with Milton, and then play with the price ranges. I'd say almost 85-90% of the houses within 300-350 price range are within Hawthorne. And obviously more in different ranges. Almost all the listings will also say the area that the home is in, and sometimes the model as well.

As a resident of Hawthorne Village since Phase 2 - and having done already 38 transactions this year in HV - I can definitely help you with local knowledge. I have been in almost every home that has been listed in the last 2 years in the area - so I can talk to you about why one might have sold for more or less than another.

Be aware of 'local realtors' who don't live or work in Milton, and have little to zero experience selling homes in this area.
