Good question. I'm curious myself as to whether the Hawthorne Medical Clinic nearby is still accepting new patients or not.

As of a month or two ago they were still accepting so give them a call. My husband said the doctor there is very nice and professional. He's young too which means he won't be retiring anytime soon and leaving you without a doctor!!

In Halton, there are no pediatricians to provide regular checkups for kids. The only pediatricians in halton are the ones looking after special needs chidren. Regular checkups are provided by family doctors.

Dr. Toni Chan is a fantastic family doctor. He's also the Director of ER in Milton hospital. You can give him a call at 905 878 2452 to check if he's accepting new patients.
Dr. Todd McGregor is an awesome pediatrician who's main office is in Oakville (905 338 2311). He see patients in Milton on Mondays in an office in ER in Milton Hospital (905 876 7604). You will have to drive to Oakville (Lakeshore and Trafalgar area) on other days. I'm not sure if he will accept any new patients without a referral from your family doctor. You can call his Oakville office and find out.

I am in that particular line of business, and can recommend 2 VERY good Optometrists in Milton.

1) Dr. Les Laughren on 87 Martin Street, (VERY nice man....)(905) 878-7625
2) Dr.Susan Jany, who is on 327 Bronte St. S. (905) 876-4649

You will not be disappointed with either !!!!
