They sell the identical patio stones at Agram's which is by Dundas right off of the 403.

It's west of Winston Churchill (not that far from the design center) on the south side of Dundas, just a very short distance west of the 403 exit. Lesley posted this information on the forums last month so that's how I know ;-)
