There is a place down town Toronto that is priced really well, it's called Cry If I Want To. We got our chargers there in September.

http://www.idoweddings.ca/ We used 'I do Weddings' for our chair covers last year and loved them! Local business, great quality of material and service was amazing! Highly recommend!
