| Post subject: | What happened to Pita Factory? |
I went to Pita Factory today and saw that the place is under new management. The food isn't as good as it used to be. It's a shame since the previous owner seemed like a genuinely friendly and happy guy. Anyone know what happened to the guy? The place is now run by staff from the Waterloo location, that I recognize years ago from my university days. |

Sad to see the original owner go, he was a nice guy. I spoke with him on a few occasions and I find out he's from Cambridge. He said business was good but not great. Since his wife worked with him, they may have decided it wasn't worth the drive from Cambridge. Too bad, I enjoyed their food. |

All of their kids worked there as well, I went there reasonably often and always had a great conversation with his sons and always received excellent food. Whenever I would ask how business was, was always told it was going really well. Hopefully they were able to sell the franchise for a good profit |

It was a family biz & was not that busy most times I saw it I'm hoping he sold it for a nice profit at least |
