I must say, I had never once met or heard from either of my (then) two local councillors until I actually ran against them last year. In fact, in my nearly 20 years in Milton, the only Town representatives who ever made any effort to communicate with me were Colin Best, and Mark Curtis back when he was my councillor.
You folks in Hawthorne Village should count yourselves lucky that you have such proactive and engaged representatives.
