I am looking for a long thick rope. Does anyone have a rope they dont want anymore?

the type of rope youd hang a tire from a tree with... or a climbing rope... like this...

It's called Manilla rope and is very pricey. How much do you need?

anywhere between 20-30 feet, please. I can take longer (50') if you have it.

I just moved so let me dig out from my garage and see if I can find it. I know I had some kicking around, hopefully it wasnt dumped before move. Will let you know.

I just got back from HD, TSC and Home Hardware.... none of which carry this rope.

TUXFORD... youre my only hope....

So I simply googled "rope near milton on" and the first listing I found was for Canada Rope Corporation in Oakville.

Guess what? They sell rope. Even better, they carry manila. Granted they're a wholesaler but if you call them, they should be able to tell you which outfits they supply and who knows maybe you can get lucky and get an end piece or something. FYI, your computer can access sites other than this forum and porn.

Can you please call them and ask how much it is for Manila rope (1" thick preferably) I need no more then 50' please. Thanks MiltonShiv... I appreciate your help :wink:

oh, also... the only sites my computer has access to, is this site and porn :roll: Damn parental controls... you dont know how to turn them off, do you? I setup rules to block'em (porn specifically), and now they are the only sites I have access too... :shock:
