I've modified the memberlist link so it no longer shows accounts that aren't active or have less than 2 postings.

This is because some people ("spammers") on the internet search for discussion forums like this and make fake accounts so they can list their websites in the memberlist which helps them gain "page rank" in search engines.

So if you're wondering why the memberlist just shrunk all of a sudden. It's because it's only showing active accounts with 2 or more postings now.

I've also modified it so new accounts need to be "manually" activated, which will mean a 1 or 2 day delay for new users getting on the system, but will also help stop fake accounts being created.
