Hello All!
Well, the big bonus of landing a lot that fell through is not having to wait in line. The negative part is limited exterior choices. We are last to choose for our area and only have a couple of choices available.

We are leaning towards BSS-1. This is a new package that has not been built yet, but we envision it looking really nice with our elevation. It does however come with "linen" siding, which is very very light (almost white!). We have never considered a light siding as we thought it might be too difficult to keep clean. Our house is half brick and half siding.

Our other choices are BSS-8 and 11.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
Jen :)

Hi there,
We currently live in phase 2 of Hawthorne Village (N of Derry) and i'm pretty sure that our siding is "Linen". We are in a Lindsay elev. C, all siding and it is actually not hard to keep clean. It is really quite lovely and if it is the same siding, it really doesn't look all that white. Have you been able to see the siding on someones house yet? Good Luck with the choices, we just did ours on Sun!!
