am I free to build right up to the 30m limit that applies to the New Life Church?

The drawing shows 29'-0" so you'd only really be looking at less than 9m

However, a 30m high treehouse would be AWESOME

I guess I see some value in asking this question here, in case someone did what you want and researched it, but for the only answer that matters you need to call the building department at the Town of Milton.

You see this on the news once in a while, where a family is distraught because the town or city where they live has ordered that a tree house be removed.

Another thing to consider is that as you build this thing, you can bet your bottom dollar that someone will call the town and complain, resulting in multiple visits from our municipal authorities.

For fun I will answer your question directly -

Based on your location - Yates near Thompson - there is no way that the town would allow you to build that thing.

If the OP is allowed to do this, can I build a second storey on my shed for a kids club house? Seriously though, is that allowed?
