Yes! It was great meeting some Hawthorne neighbours last night. What an outgoing bunch! We too wish we could have talked to more people - next time, for sure. I believe it was Marc who got the ball rolling and finalized the details - thank you Marc! Looking forward to toasting our closing dates with many of you in a few short months! Jen & Rob

Hi guys, Honestly i spent 30 secs on the phone with some guy at Charley Fitzwhiskey's and that's all. I'd take credit if it was deserved and thank you for the acknowledgement, but it really was nothing. On that note, I'd like to say that we too had fun at the meet and greet, and I've since e-mailed those snapshots I took to Rick. Someday we'll likely all have our names and faces either in lights, or on the front page of a newspaper (hopefully not with the headline "BUSTED"). Maybe even on a Hawthorne Village Community update flyer. Until then we'll have to settle to see our faces on the web with a bunch of would-be-strangers that we look forward to living next to (or a few doors down from). Cheers to that! |

Chris and I had an excellent time. So far we've got a card club brewing and there was talk of a wine club for us ladies - right Catherine B?!
