Hi everyone, Have really enjoyed this website - what a great idea! Just thought I would introduce myself. My husband and I bought a Lyndhurst on Lot 309 on Hearst where it ends in the crescent. So far no one seems to be on either side of our street - would love to hear from some neighbours! If Dory and Arman or others who bought the Lyndhurst want to e-mail me re suggested changes to the floor plan/layout, I can advise. I have been in a few Lyndhursts and had the great fortune of meeting a current owner who passed along some tips. Also, I am an Interior Design Consultant (trained at BCIT in Vancouver) and can provide assistance with choosing materials/finishes at the Design Centre. I can also do a consultation with you on how to prepare your home for selling. (My last 2 houses sold in a day!) Feel free to e-mail me via this site for more info. Hi Mandy and Andy and Nancy and Cory! D & M actually responded to a post of mine from July. In another post I mentioned that we have since switched to a Brentfield on Winter Crescent (which is probably close to you Mandy.) Jen and Rob from the forum have purchased a Lyndhurst on Lot 309.
