We're looking for a Villager-recommended mortgage professional -- someone who will sit down with us, crunch some numbers, look at options and offer some honest advice. Who would you recommend and why? |

I recommend Kimberly Singh, with RBC. She helped us out so much as we had two homes we were selling elsewhere and buying one in Milton. She knows her stuff. She was patience and honest and still sends us Christmas cards. She cared. Good luck. https://mortgage.rbc.com/kimberly.singh |

I HIGHLY recommend Mathieu Fugere - Mortgage Edge He's taken very good care of me for my mortgage. I've been somewhat of a difficult customer, but he's been an amazing guy to work with. Thanks for the responses so far! There are a ton of brokers I could look up, but I wanted to hear specific referrals from folks because we didn't have the best experience previously. |
