Anyone missing a black and white cat ? Found one a little on the small size, has a collar but no tag....

Around Hearst and McNeill ...

Will call humane society tommorrow...

Odds are that the cats owner let it out for it's daily crap in a neighbours garden. There is something seriously wrong in the head with people who do this.

The only benifit to the fools who do this is that they don't need to clean or buy much kitty litter. Being lazy can bring out stupidity.

Of course there would not be a chip.

Anyone that lets their cats out to crap in their neighbours gardens are lazy and too cheap to buy litter, so it's not likely they would chip their cat.

I wonder if they have little kids and how they are explaining this to them.

Hopefully this cat is cute and young enough to have a good chance for adoption to some competent people. Better that than the needle.

I take this back - if the little bugger escaped from the home because I know this can also happen, but most of the time this is not the case.
