If so, please could you stop...
I have two cats, over the last month, constantly coming to my home and starting stuff with my indoor cat.
One cat is brown, looks alittle thicker, the other is a black and white cat (looks identical to mine) has a black dot on it's chin.

These cats are coming into my back yard, up to our patio door, one has put holes into my screen. Has jumped into one of my open windows, lucky our shutter was closed otherwise who knows what would have happened.
The 2nd cat, was actually jumping up into the window my cat was sitting in, trying to swipe at her.

This is highly unfair that my cat is having to defend our home constantly. We have small kids in my house and I"m afraid at some point, if she is in a zone, she could strike out. It could happen as she has charged me, but quickly realized...

If having consideration for your neighbours and their homes isn't enough to keep your cat indoors, maybe you should worry about other dangers like a car hitting it or a raccoon getting ahold of it. Or maybe these 2 cats that come around here, will meet. I dont wish harm on any animal, but my cat should be able to sit in a window and be able to chill. Hell I should be able to leave my windows open at 9pm and not have to worry about breaking up a cat fight

What can they do though? The cats done come everyday, except this new cat, which has come two days in arow. The other one is sporadic ,and times are always different, as soon as I see it, it runs away??
I dont know if these cats even have collars or not. I'm assuming they come from this area, as they seem to be out in the same time frame window 9-midnight. Never see them anywhere but at my house

If your cat is an indoor cat, try spreading some cayenne pepper around the area. Cats dislike this as well as citrus, so you could also place some citrus peels around the areas as well

Thanks for the tips. I"m going to get a water bottle handy, and put some pepper around the windowsills.

Hopefully thats enough, or next I'll be phoning Animal Control.
Yes my cat is an indoor cat, so we dont get why they come around here. Mind you she is knew to us, so I'm not sure what its' typically like for cat owners.

Is your cat fixed? If not, she may be attracted males from around the 'hood.

Theresa,

We have the same two cats in our backyard on a daily basis now as of a few weeks ago. We don't own any animals. We have a blowup pool in the backyard for the kids that we just purchased last weekend and I'd hate to see that get punctured with their claws. Also I keep finding cat poop on my lawn. I too am wondering who owns these two cats. I'm at Schreyer/Dymott.
