| Post subject: | Pole Dancing for Birthday |
Just looking for recommendations on any places that teaches pole dancing. Just need a one time class to celebrate a birthday with some girlfriends. Anywhere around the surrounding neighbourhoods would be great. Has anyone done it before? Seems like you would need a great deal of upper body strength. |

Hmmm, I can't remember the name but there is a place on Bronte somewhere over by the MCRC that was advertising it a while back |

Check out Aradia Fitness in Oakville on Kerr St. It's not far from the Stoney's Bread Company restaurant. Ab strength is key with some of those manoeuvres. |
