I took my aunt on the United Way Xmas house tour today and we had lunch at Mama Mila's and will for sure go back. We both had borscht soup (the real stuff, with beets!) and split a BLT and carrot cake. Everything was delicious and the staff is so friendly. .

Missed this thread the first time around..Fantastic food, love this place! Probably the best steak and cheese I've ever had.

Nice positive thread. For once no one has anything bad to say about a restaurant. Weird. I went there once too and had coffee and strawberry/nutella/sour cream crepes -- delicious!

It's all about the chicken brie and apple sandwiches. (If they still have it on the menu... haven't been in a while. I need to remedy that.)

I have visited Mama Mila's several times and thoroughly enjoyed every meal but recently had them cater a company event and everybody was bowled over with the unique gourmet sandwiches they had to choose from, nothing but rave reviews and lots of questions as to location etc. for our employees to experience them for themselves. If you haven't already had the chance to try this gem please do, you won't be disappointed.

My wife goes there for lunch sometimes and she's never disappointed. My only caution is don't go there too hungry! I think I ordered half the menu. LOL.

The food was all good but we went a little overboard :) A nice treat, and enjoyed it all.

We finally went to Mama Mila's Cafe today. Wow, what great food and service! My DH, who isn't very adventurous had the southwestern sandwich and mushroom soup, and I had the potato and dill soup as well as the perogies. I give the perogies an 8-9 out of 10, compared to my mom's. We will be going back. They said that they should be having the borscht in a couple of weeks, as they needed some fresh beets. Hoping that they stay in Milton for a long time. Delicious food and outstanding service!

I absolutely agree, Mama Mila's has really good food and the owners are so friendly. I discovered them a few summers ago. My son, who is a picky eater, loved their meatball sandwich.

Long time fan. Went Tuesday and knew everyone there. Don't order borscht if your wearing a suit. Otherwise, order the borscht!

Love seeing all these great reviews for a great place to eat owned by super friendly people! I think this is the only post I've ever read on here where people only have good things to say. Everyone should check this place out!

Just a quick bump.. The meatball sandwich was nearly as good as the steak and cheese, which I didn't think was even possible. Fantastic.

My wife also had the chicken/brie/apple and loved it. I'm sure she will be a regular visitor now too.
