| Post subject: | STERLING C - GENERAL QUESTIONS |
Hello We'd like to know has anywone changed the garden door to a sliding door? Was hardwood done thorough mattamy or otherwise? " Air Conditioner " ? Do the 9' Ceilings really make a difference (one main or both floors)? We'd appreciate any type of reply Thanks |

Get the hardwood done after closing. If you look around you can get a professional job done for around $6-$7 per square foot. It's amazing how much value hardwood adds to the perceived value of a house. Make sure you get hardwood stairs too and the 9' ceilings are a big plus. After closing A/C is about half the price too.
