Hi Milton83. The sign at Tremaine & Britannia and website are slightly premature, as there has been no subdivision agreements, re-zoning applications, water allocations or site plan applications made yet. Might take 2-3 years before there are any homes started in this area as there needs to be other developments approved first to connect with this property. Check out the attached development map. There is nothing even started yet in the Boyne survey. http://www.milton.ca/en/build/developmentmap.asp You can also check the Town website to see what public meetings and planning applications are upcoming for the next 1-2 months. http://www.milton.ca/en/townhall/resour ... sTable.pdf Colin Best Local & regional councillor Wards 2,3,4,5 North of Derry road. In case they end up coming..... We purchased a Great Gulf homes. We were extremely happy with the product, the service and the layouts. Our friends purchased as well and were happy. Haven't heard any negative feedback at all. |

Thanks http://www.greatgulf.com/php/register.php?id=72 http://www.greatgulf.com/comingsoon We bought in Bradford. AMAZING house. AMAZING service. Nothing but the best to say about this builder from us. Very little issues and those we had corrected immediately. Even many outside of warranty period. I'm talking we scratched up hardwood floors ourselves moving furniture around and they came in and fixed it no charge. Walls/Floors are built in a factory and shipped on site. They literally put up all the walls within a half a day. (Search for Brockport Home Systems which is owned by GGH) Since it's factory/computer built, you don't get the moisture problems you are used to and walls are all straight and level. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8g1WnUkL7Dc Overall, I would definitely buy a Great Gulf Home again. I also found their "standard" finishes and items were what all the other builders (including Mattamy) consider "upgrades" so don't look at price alone. |
