I have to return a modem to cogeco, however I cant get this coaxial cable to disconnect from the tap connection. Any idea how I can do this, is their a special tool I need?

Can't you just cut the cable, with a utility knife, then add a new connection. I believe you can purchase new connects at bestbuy, the source, walmart. Then you can have your cable fixed tonight not Thurday. I believe once you take that connector off you will have to purchase a new connection piece anyways. |

I am almost positive, you don't need to return the splitter. You should call them first. |
