Anyone here bought a Coscorp - Ridgeview Home on Derry/Armstrong?

I am moving in at the beginning of Feb. and wondered if any of my neighbours might be visiting this forum.

Just curious if I'm the only Coscorp newbie here.

Do a search on the BBS, because I'm sure I remember a couple of Coscorp discussions coming up.

Ya I saw some of them. Thanks.
I was more looking for people that are going to be (or are already) living on Armstrong or Caldwell Cres., that's Ridgeview.

When I drive around the development, I see a few people already in thier houses.
Just wondering if anyone moved in yet that had a good/bad PDI?

If so, how was the customer service?

There are probably some Coscorp owners on this site, but just not as many. The site seems to be primarily Mattamy Home owners.
