Hi Andrea, My boyfriend and I are moving from the 2 bedroom condo that we rent in downtown Milton (it is right above the offices beside Zak's pharmacy) and it would be available as of May 1st. My dad owns this condo and I cannot say exactly what he would be charging monthly, but it would fall between $1100 and $1200/month. The condo is approx. 1100 square feet and the rooms are all quite big. It has a parking spot, a kitchen and mail comes right to your door!! Plus, it is downtown so the location is good. Hydro is extra. A/C is installed. If your friend is interested, I can pass her information along to my dad. How long is she looking to rent for? Would it be fairly long term or only a few months? (I know that my dad would prefer something longer than a couple of months.) |
