I agree with Najsarf, it is wonderful to see cricket being played and I disagree also with the previous poster, this cricket pitch on Main Street in the park is used all the time. The ball diamond is empty. I know next year the ball diamond will be more utilized, however the cricket pitch is a hit!

I would like to see a pool put in to the new community centre, I think that will be very popular given that the area is full of young families. I don't know if we need a library branch and I don't care for squash courts being put here at all.

We very much need squash courts in Milton as right now there are none of them. Zero. I agree a pool and arena and library and whatever else would be great, but we have at least 2 of each of those things. I want squash!!!!! Make it happen Zeeshan!!!!

Why do we need so many libraries?

Kids use the internet for research. Parents can buy books at Indigo. Makes no sense.

It's free reading unless you are starting a book collection. Borrow it, read it, take it back. :D

Milton has a population over 105,000 and its keep increasing every 2nd month, but unfortunately there is no proper BADMINTON court in whole town of MILTON. what a shame for the town planer and they their advisory member that no one has ever thought of it... We got tons of Tennis court and basket and other gym. So should built a proper badminton courts at least 4 of them with full service facility.

The Velodrome infield can be configured for a ton of badminton. Tennis and basketball dedicated courts are outside, with one private tennis club. Gyms are multi-use to be flexible.

Te slogan on that wall is hilarious.

What genius came up with that?

There was a council meeting last night about Sherwood Community centre - design components, did anyone attend or can provide more information on what is going to be included and when construction is supposed to start and be completed by?

Thanks
