A new sold sign at 4th just below Beaty Trail ( old Peacock farm house).. Does anyone know what is going in there? It looks like a commercial realtor. |

I'd hazard a guess part would be subdivision to complete Dinsmore Drive (looking at the satelite view, I'd bet anything it was designed to loop around and connect back to Tuxford. Some more retail in that area would be good with perhaps a pedestrian crossing of the creek. |

I really hope it's not an apartment building. there is loyts of critters that call the space home . |

It's identified as a character area on the official plan so I really doubt it. At one point there was high density planned on the other side of 4th line at Derry near Sauve, but not sure what happened to that. It was part of the area that the school board negotiated for Irma Coulson PS. I'd have to ask a councillor but I think the area east of Sauve and west of 4th line at Derry still may become high density. |
