Hey there Susan! Things are good. Have not met my neighbours either except for 1/2 of one side! See the people out back more ofter than anyone else. Very close to having everything unpacked and put away. We got rid of so much junk we actually have room left in the storage area!

One of the neighbours behind me have put up evergreen type trees in pots as well. Another neighbour has a gazebo thing but that takes up most of the deck. I'm not sure what else you can do for the privacy factor.
