From the Milton Champion,

Lane reductions: One lane each way, Saturday November 1st 2014 - Friday November 7th.

Road closure from Scott Blvd to Bronte St S: 5am Friday November 7th 2014 - 8pm Monday November 10th 2014

Follow the detour along Tremaine Rd.

I understand it's needed to get work done quicker and efficiently, but why can't this wait until LSL is opened up at Savoline?
Would make people a lot more happier. Dymott Ave is already closed at Tremaine, now the current overpass is going to be closed for a bit!
I feel like an angry sim in SimCity. :? Anyone else? Look's like I'll be driving to Bronte GO those days. Not trusting Milton Transit during that time.

Everyone knows that the real detour route is up Scott and across Main. This happens every time. Let's hope the work being done on Main at Bronte is done by then as last night was a real treat.

At least it's not a full closure...

LSL Train overpass bridge is basically done at Bronte. What's it look like on the other side of the tracks?

I don't think they have constructed much of a road to Tremaine beyond the overpass just yet. That would have made too much sense.

on the Tremaine side, they have also do the intersection with the widened Tremaine. So basically, not done yet, and no where close from what I can tell (although I am no expert.) They are also supposed to be doing the Dymott intersection, and a ton of work to complete there as well. And based on the few workers I see working on the project when I drive by (not every day, so limited exposure), the Dec. date to be complete will most likely be as inaccurate as every other construction date is.

do I sound bitter?????

They don't have to open LSL at Tremaine to help offload the Derry underpass. They can just open up LSL at Scott or Savoline.

Why hasn't this been looked at?

F*** You Milton Council. You only give a sh** about your Velo$rome. F*** You.

True, but routing all that traffic up scott past that tight traffic circle at dymott would not be of much benefit.

I'm pretty sure Scott is not going to connect with LSL since Scott ends at the driveway of a couple houses.

Just saying ...

Indeed. Savoline, however, will be.
