I noticed the house on Hepburn too as it'll be just down the street from us. Does anyone know what the ph15 price was for the house? On another note, How are you houses coming along? |

we were at the site yesterday and our house is completly drywalled. Hope they will still finish the house for may 3rd. Conrad & Donna, how is your house coming along? You guys close on the 2nd right? BTW your house looks beautiful. Nadia |

We are lot 133 on Zelinsky Cres. When we went for our framewalk Jim told us everything was on thime and then a few days later we got a letter from Mattamy saying that we were delayed until 17May07. We called Jim and he said what head office says and what he knows is two different things. He is trying to finish our house for the 3rd. We're keeping our fingers crossed. |
