If I remember correctly, for phase 1 of the Escarpment, a lookout lot was +$4K. |

We are on Robson Crescent and we are a look out house. The houses at the end of our street are walk out... As for the premium on our house we paid 9K We are smack in the middle of the street on the outside of the crescent(north side) The premium included the bigger look-out windows (2), the 4x4 little deck and stairs and the slightly (not much) bigger lot. If I remember correctly, the biggest lot on our street (pie shape - walk out) was 25K premium... Way too much for us! Hope this helps! Sandra |

Interesting...when we bought our 50' lot in phase one, corner lots were going for +40K and lookouts for $30K if I remember right. |

A lookout with houses behind you went for a 5k lot premium. Those backing onto greenspace with a lookout went for a 30k premium. These were the prices for the phase 2 50' lots - which are now all sold out. |
