I need to get some work done on my house, and I'm wondering if anyone knows any contractors who did a really good job on their house? I'd really like to not end up on Holmes on Homes Thanks, Jon |

Jim at Handyman Enterprises. He does it all and is proud of his work. |

what kind of work and are you looking to hire each trade by yourself? you'll save money doing that, rather than a general contractor. I did my basement for $15K doing some work myself and the majority by hiring individual trades. |

The work would be some exterior work--replacing a couple wood planks on the facing of my house, sanding, priming, and painting. |
