Can anyone advise if its ok to put a 500lbs piano (4ft x 2ft) on 2nd floor in a Mattamy Spirit detached home? Will that be too heavy for a second floor? |

that would be like allowing my mother in law and sister in law on the upper floor of your home at the same time. no problem at all. as long as i'm on the main floor. |

It wouldn't be any different than putting it on the first floor of your home. |

I was going to chime in with "no problem", until I read it was a Spirit home. No way will it hold it. These are the same homes Mattamy sold without plumbing to the 2nd floor, no installed front door and garage doors that were only 4ft wide. Good luck! |
