hello everyone, yesturday was our mattamy u for phase 15a, coats common and it was so nice to see all the new faces that will make up our neigborhood. With all the mattamy staff there and our various questions, it was difficult to meet all our neighbours so this thread is just to introduce yourselfs online. We are Danny and Lara, lot 39 on vickerman way. nice to meet everyone.

Phase 15A

There are multiple Mattamy U's for Phase 15a, Coates Common. Just in case some people reading this wonder why they were never invited to yesterday's Mattamy U. We're (our parents) are in ph15a coates common, on Johnson Heights, which is close to Vickerman way. Our Mattamy U will be in June (we close in Oct).

I assume yesterday was mostly people from Vickerman Way? Were there any interesting new tidbits learned yesterday? Or more importantly, were there good cookies and cakes to munch on?
