I'm looking into this and it looks promising. Anyone already use IPTV? If so where is your subscription from?

I have true FFTH IPTV will Bell Fibe. Awesome solid expensive service! But I assume that is not the direction you wanted this thread to go ;p

My experience is that if you like tinkering, fixing things, and can put up with streams/software periodically giving you issues and can deal with a weak user-experience, then it can be a viable option.

We tried a couple of options for watching shows/movies/live tv with Kodi on an Android Box and a Nexus Box. The android box was a turd. The Android box was an improvement. IMO Kodi is not ready for prime time. I've sort of stopped using it. I ended up just getting a PIA account, setup a local media server, and download via torrents directly to the media server and access it through Plex. Seems to be the best experience so far.

My family uses Kodi on an Android box. We have a hiccup now and again where an addon needs to be uninstalled/reinstalled or some shows have nothing but bad streams. Overall though, it works very well. No need for live sports or anything so that's not a concern for us. But from what I have read on forums the live sports coverage is still hit and miss, depending on what it is.
