I chose this brick colour as well. I was told by the Mattamy crew that this was a new package and only one house in phase 12 has it and its not completely done yet. I drove by and took some pictures of the house so far. PM me your email address and I'll makse sure I send them to you when I get home from work.

Hi there!

We choose the same as you for our home, unfortunately, we don't move for another 18 months....BUT, you can go to Camebridge to see the brick....but not the exact colour combo. We went to Camebridge only becaue it was on our way to Woodstock to see family at Easter....otherwsie we wouldn't have made the trip.

Mattamy says that within a few weeks homes over near Winter Cres are being built with BSS-1

We can't wait either to see the total package all together!

Let us know if you find a house and we'll do the same.

We're getting that package, and we checked out the brick in Cambridge. It's worth the trip to satisfy your curiosity, although they use a darker siding than the linen.

The brick is very similar to one of the other packages (maybe 12?) - I forget what it's called but we have on our current home. According to Andrea at the sales office, the only difference is BSS1 does not include the darkest brick so it is a lighter look.

There is one on a corner lot, west end of Robson Cr.

Lot 357 - Phase 12.

Maybe same one you are talking about?

For those interested, the siding has been added to lot 359 with BSS- 1 (linen). In my opinion, it looks fantastic! We chose this package because none of our favourites were available, and we're really happy now that we've seen it. I can't wait to see the door/garage door combo, and I think it's great that they're the same colour. This works in particular for our Elevation, which I find a little "busy" architecturally.

The linen siding looks almost white on our current neighbour's house against red brick, but against the devon cream it looks more ivory and they play off each other nicely!

Check it out!!

On Phase 12, the doors are beige. On Phase 13, the garage and front doors are dark green.

Hi Yaseen,
Where did you hear that? I checked with the Sales Centre today, and they said the BSS-1 has green garage and front doors, as per the sample board.

Yaseen, you said the doors for Phase 12 are beige.
We are in Phase 12 and told they would be green as per BSS-1 sample.

Oh...thats what the sales rep at Mattamy told me. They said that the only difference between phase 12 and 13 on BSS-1 would be the doors and trim. If you go to a house thats being built on Robson Crescent, which is a Phase 12 home, they have the beige doors and trim. The garage hasn't been installed yet but from what the doors are, my best guess is they will also be beige.

Call your rep for sure, because mine (forgot her name) stressed that I could see that house on phase 12, but the doors would be green in phase 13.
