Hi There We have lot # 34 on Tonelli Lane (its numbered 401 Tonelli Lane per Design centre). I guess we won't move in since we bought a Wellington in Phase II and going to sell our Sterling II - Elevation A on Tonelli Lane. We close in January 2008. Hey Vim We are not going to live in Sterling II located on Tonelli Lane - we might put it up for sale. But we will be closeby on Reese Circle house which closes in Sept 2008. Definitely, we will meet when Mattamy hold BBQ or get together. Cheers |

The Ronalds: Have you received a letter saying that you will be delayed? If so when was your original close and your anticipated new closing? We are lot #80 and a Thistle Bay... We haven't heard of any delays for us specifically as of yet. Currently we are scheduled to close mid January. I hope we find out sooner rather than later if there are delays. I REALLY don't want to have to find alternate shelter in the winter for our family of four... not to mention the headache of changing schools. So it would be great if we find out in the next month or so before we list our current home. Is there anyone else on Tonelli Lane with children? Our two girls are 5 & 2. |
