Been running hills in Mississauga with a friend as part of training. Would like to practice villager in town as well. Looking for some local hills but can't think of any! Was hoping to find some in Hawthorne village but can't think of any. Not looking for kelso or escarpment suggestions but can anyone think of a pretty decent hill that's local?
Thanks!

If you are thinking local Road Hills, Pine Street would probably be a good one. It's got a decent sized hill on both ends. Lord knows I hated having to walk up & down it to and from school LOL. Also, the South end of Fulton has a fairly steep hill.
The other that pops into mind is Halton Ave, which connects with the foot path in behind the Commercial Street Medical Building.

If you are looking for park type hills....I believe the park off Bennett has a decent one, and there is another behind the French School at Woodward/Wilson.

Velodrome has running track outside, goes up and downhill.
And CN bridge not so far on East from it.

When we did cross country in high school in the 70s, we went to Hilton Falls, some nice rolling hills there leading into the trails. There is also the park across the creek from the Holy Rosary parking lot which has some decent hills if they haven't been closed off by CP)

Walkers Line and derry Road - go north on Walkers...i'm 98% sure that's where we ran our hills with our running free group!
