Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else living in this area has heard a low humming noise? A few of my neighbours and I have heard it and are trying to identify the source. Figured I would ask the Villager to see what I can discover.

As always thanks again.

Street Sweepers on LSL? Did they finally clean the unrideable bike lanes up?

Could also be pumps for SWM ponds. They require regular maintenance.

It could be an insect called The Cicada. Does it sound like high electric current sounds moving in the wires above, but there are no wires???

Very low hum, and quite loud. Definitely not a cicada. Could be the SWM pumps but most are empty so I wouldn't think that's it. Strange as I've been here for almost four years and it's the first time I heard it.

Are you near the Union Gas right of way? They are currently boring underneath Tremaine and it's loud as f***.

Union Gas is using a swarm of the cicadas to do their boring.
