You'll pay $514 for your phone and put the rest ($360.00) on your Tab. The total is $874, are you not counting the $360 tab charges? If you decide to leave you got to pay this tab immediate.

Promo ended midnight Jan 4
So your response is based on current prices

The boxing day (week) totals were $504 and listed above

A suspicious person would think you waited until promo over just to try and say pricing is wrong since you posted in a dozen other threads in past week ignoring this one

Posted the cancellation (and tab) charges at that time, only difference is $10 it went from $504 to $514 if not mistaken.

Not even close
It is $370 more today than it was then
Thanks for trying though

32 gig?? Which store is selling it for $500 cdn?

https://www.koodomobile.com/phones/samsung-galaxy-s7
$21 per month x 24 months = $504 CAN

And its a Tab so can pay off whenever you want
(I posted way earlier in thread just buy plan then pay off phone & cancel plan in same month so no monthly charges)

Even better, sign up at local BestBuy or WalMart and you get a store giftcard as well

Or there is a special promo on, trade in old phone when you activate you get $200 worth of accessory for free (car charger, case, screen protector etc)

please see the return policy:

"Phones purchased using the Tab may be exchanged, but if you decide to leave, your Tab will be reversed and you’ll be liable for any other charges".

you are saying nice try though, so why did not you reply to the return policy quote that I posted on Dec 29th, 2016? Obviously you will be charged the full price if you are leaving, you just cannot pay $504 with tab or not and walk away.

Umm
I DID reply, link is right here for you
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=69098&start=15#p554184

So what exactly are you not understanding this time?

The price of phone is $500 on Tab
I very clearly said PAY the Tab and phone is yours

Today price of phone is $870 on Tab
If you want it today you pay $870 and phone is yours

It seems REALLY clear and obvious to me
And I did reply to your other (odd) post about how so long as you cancel within 15 days there are NO additional charges
That is same in both scenarios

Whether $500 or $870
If you go over 15 days you pay things like monthly fees

I have a couple of these
If you think you are getting such a great deal I will gladly sell to you for $800 tax in (vs $870 + taxes + whatever imaginary costs you think I incurred)

You know I missed this part & I think I finally understand why your numbers are so screwed up...

On a TAB MEDIUM you pay $360 on Tab + whetever upfront cost in store
On a TAB LARGE you pay $504 on Tab + $0 upfront cost (boxing day) OR + $370 upfront cost (today)

I just realized while trying to baffle through your posts you need to look at TAB LARGE for promo pricing
I just assumed everyone realized you need Tab Large (since I said $21 per month) and not Tab Medium (which is only $15 per month)
Oh and Tab Small is another totally different total just FYI

So to be sure you understand:
The EXACT SAME PHONE will have THREE DIFFERENT COSTS which DEPEND ON PLAN you choose when sign up
This is because in all 3 scenarios you pay carrier a different amount each month for service

Better?

Has anyone actually done this successfully? From what I can see, you have to keep the account active for 90 days or else you're on the hook for all the discounts.

I got 4 of them last time
Used 1 for family sold other 3
I can send you a link to purchase online if you prefer but then it will cost more since portal charges fees etc

I also setup 2 accounts for others since the plan was that good
Anyone who did not switch over was a fool since it was best plan any Canadian carrier has seen in past decade

Good deal, but the buyout price is expensive. People that have a corporate deal and pays month to month have to buy their phone outright. When I bought my S7 in the U.Si got it on sale. With the conversion and the markup foreign exchange fee from the credit card. I still saved a lot. I know during Christmas season Costco had the S7 on sale for $599. They sold out in a matter of days. Tabs are good ifu sign a contract to get a better deal on the phones.

they recover the fees via higher monthly phone charges. Anyway deals keep changing.
