Anybody see the prices becoming a huge problem? How are incomes supporting these prices?

"For the next couple of years, you would be wise to park your money in some good ETF's or preferred shares to generate some decent returns on your capital. Find yourself a good investment manager for some sound advise and just relax and sleep tight for the next year or two. Just remember: those who laugh last, laugh best!"

Any real estate agents can chim in?

You should read this thread from williamb, I think you will get a lot of great knowledge from it.

I think you need to invest in Markham. Milton is a dying cesspool of basement apartments and over-leveraged scum bags. Milton will fall, oh yes it will fall.

Little bit of both, depends what city (or town, same thing).

Kitchener will burn to the ground and smell like cooked rats, while Milton will slide back a little bit and just be overrun with sad looking realtors at No Frills.

Fred is as close to a Metro Milf as you're gonna ever see while hiding behind the stack of pop 12 packs trying to contain yourself.

Sorry to go "Full Carl."

Fred shops at Metro. He's attractive. I swoon over him while hiding behind the elaborate pop display. Too star struck to say anything directly. What's not to understand?

LOLLLL Why am I only seeing this post now? :) I KNEW I saw something strange behind that pop display that day....

I will be out tonight with another local celebrity (he's A-list, I'm G-list, so I'm honoured), I'll be looking around and behind every plant, sign, and crouched man carrying a tapestry... don't be shy, say Hi! If you're seeing an 'attractive' gentleman, it's DEFINITELY not me. Half the people on this thread can attest to that LOL

The only way to settle this is for Fred D to post a photo of himself wearing no shirt. Remember to put the toilet seat down first, Fred.
